Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Senior Sales Representative to lead technology product launches for the ROSA™ surgical system. The role involves training surgical teams, developing account-specific strategies, and supporting customers across key accounts in the Pittsburgh area.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology adoption at customer sites
- Lead surgeon and staff training on ROSA™ system and related technologies
- Coordinate system installations and provide in-service training to facility personnel
- Partner with Technology Solutions Managers and Field Service teams for account onboarding
- Provide clinical support during technology enablement cases and manage administrative duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic joint replacement sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven presentation and demonstration abilities
- Proven track record of achieving strong sales results
- Willingness to travel up to 75% annually
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base salary plus $50,000-$75,000 incentive pay
