Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Maryland OT license/certification required
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students based on individual educational plans
• Evaluate students' abilities, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals
• Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and communicate regularly with IEP teams
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate in student-centered planning
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
• Create a supportive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all students
• Work onsite Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week
