Home‑Stay Coordinator (NYC / North NJ) Ivy International Group is looking for a Home‑stay Coordinator to join our home‑stay program to support international students. If you are a mature, outgoing person who loves interacting with people and enjoys flexible working hours, then you will love this job. Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required for this position. Language Required: Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is required for this position. Experience: 1-3 Years of relevant work experience is preferred. Responsibilities: Recruit American families to host international students. Coordinate with Chinese high school students, parents and host parents. Conduct home visit and write monthly report. Organize activities and outings. Skills/Qualifications: Mature, outgoing adult with outstanding moral character. Highly organized, professional, efficient and works well under pressure. Empathy and understanding for international students. Love teenagers and being service oriented. International Student Residential Adviser (Toms River, NJ) Ivy International Group is looking for a Residential Advisor to live with and supervise a group of Chinese students studying at a local high school. If you are a mature, outgoing person who loves spending time with students and interacting with different cultures, then you will love this job. In addition to a salary, Residential Advisor receives room and board throughout the school year in the same dorm where the students are housed. Notice: This job requires relocation to Toms River, NJ. Job Type: Full‑time Responsibilities: Provide responsible adult supervision for the students. Manage dorm daily operation. Provide driving support. Organize activities and outings. Skills/Qualifications: Minimum 5 years education experience (direct experience with your own children or professional experience). Experience with teenage children is highly preferred. Minimum college/associate degree (international degree is recognized). Mature, outgoing adult with outstanding moral character. Highly organized, professional, efficient, resourceful and works well under pressure. Interest in working with high school age students. Empathy and understanding for international students.
