Senior Staff PM, Voice AI — 0-1 to Enterprise Scale

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the conversational core of its Voice AI platform. This role offers ownership of a validated, enterprise-ready product with a pathway to market impact, in a fast-growing unit.
You will own dialog quality, LLM evaluation, and the deployment strategy for voice-to-voice models, while enabling customers to design and ramp their own voice agents. A rare 0-1 product leadership opportunity.
