Trademark Litigation Associate (TTAB + Federal Court)

A nationally recognized intellectual property-focused law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to support a busy trademark and copyright litigation practice. The team advises clients across a broad range of industries on brand protection, enforcement, and related disputes in both federal courts and administrative forums.

Location: Austin, Texas – hybrid in‑office schedule several days per week. Remote work may be available for attorneys located elsewhere in the continental United States.

Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Some federal civil litigation experience required
• Prior trademark or copyright litigation experience is a plus
