Job Title: Engineering Lead .NET / React / Node.js

Location: USA | Engagement: Long-term-Remote

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead to oversee technical delivery across modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering standards and peer code reviews.
Guide development across .NET, React, Node.js, Python, and WordPress.
Oversee API development and system integrations.
Reduce technical debt and improve code quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

Required Skills: .NET, React, Node.js, Python, WordPress, REST APIs, Code Review, Engineering Leadership.

Eligibility: Candidates must reside in the USA and have legal US work authorization.
