What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC-controlled equipment, automated machinery, robotics, and industrial control systems.

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and programming issues to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

• Program, modify, and support PLC systems including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other industrial control platforms.

• Perform preventative maintenance on automated production equipment and control systems.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, and production personnel to improve equipment reliability and performance.

• Install and commission new equipment, controls, sensors, and instrumentation.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotics, servo systems, and automated manufacturing equipment.

• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, SCADA, and HMI programming.

• Previous experience in aerospace, manufacturing, automation, or high-tech production environments.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime when needed to support critical operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cocoa Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
