The company supports a variety of industries by managing inventory, material handling, order fulfillment, and shipping operations in a safe and efficient warehouse environment.Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining high safety standards.Responsibilities:Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Transport materials to designated storage or production areas.Maintain accurate inventory by following warehouse procedures.Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.Qualifications:Previous forklift operating experience required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.Requirements:Steel-toe safety shoes are required.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Pre-employment screening may be required.If you're looking for a stable opportunity with a consistent schedule and competitive pay, apply today with HW Staffing Solutions!
