The Catering Fulfillment Specialist is a vital member of our team dedicated to the excellence and development of our catering business. This role focuses on extending Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality beyond the restaurant doors by ensuring every guest receives a high-quality, accurate, and timely experience. By mastering the art of order fulfillment and professional delivery, you grow our local brand's presence in the community and make a lasting impact in Mobile. Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Accurately assemble catering orders, ensuring all food items, sauces, condiments, and paper goods are included according to the guest's request. Quality Assurance: Verify that all catering products are temperature-compliant to maintain food safety and quality. Delivery & Setup: Safely transport orders to customer locations and assist with professional setup, including organizing assembly spaces as requested by the guest. Hospitality Excellence: Include personalized touches such as handwritten notecards, business cards, and "Be Our Guest" cards to enhance the guest experience. Communication: Proactively confirm order details with customers via phone or email and follow up after events to ensure satisfaction. Equipment Management: Track and maintain restaurant delivery equipment.
