Harbor Shores Insurance Agency in Stevensville, MI is looking for an Insurance Office Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level, in-office position and a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the insurance industry.

You don't need previous insurance experience. We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, comfortable working with people, and eager to learn. We'll provide assistance with obtaining your insurance license after you join the team, giving you the opportunity to grow into a licensed insurance professional.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

* Welcome and assist clients who visit the agency.

* Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member.

* Provide friendly, professional customer service.

* Assist with paperwork, forms, and other administrative tasks.

* Help maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

* Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up.

* Support the agency team with day-to-day office responsibilities.

* Learn about insurance products, agency processes, and customer service.

* Work toward obtaining your insurance license with agency support.
