Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,016 per week

Position Overview Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Chelmsford, MA at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new community. Responsibilities Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and document in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Use functional outcome measures, write letters of medical necessity, and handle charge entry. Supervise and provide direction for discipline‑specific therapy services, including precepting students. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting in compliance with state and federal guidelines preferred. Experience with functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred. Ability to supervise and provide direction for discipline‑specific therapy services preferred, including experience precepting students. Assignment Details Start Date: 05/18/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed. Employment Type: Travel.
