Support Specialist Job Locations: US-MN-St. Paul Job ID: 2026-8571 Category: Administrative/Clerical Work Location Type: Physical Type: Regular Full-Time Responsibilities The Support Specialist provides the Collections departments with administrative assistance by managing collections team payroll, maintaining departmental documents, data entry, and tracking/trending requested data. This position also services as administrator for customer service tracking and assists Blood Operations leadership with administrative duties as assigned. On a regular basis, the Support Specialist will serve as backup to other Blood Operations administrative roles. Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours Job Responsibilities: Maintains departmental documents and spreadsheets, such as contact lists, rosters, and unregulated forms. Updates and/or creates memos, newsletters, and emails to effectively communicate information Tracks and trends performance and assists management with evaluation of data. Fulfills equipment and document orders as necessary to meet operational needs. Assist Donor Services leadership with meetings to include invitations, agendas, set-up/take-down, ordering food, uploading presentations, attendance, etc. Distributes incoming mail and documents to the appropriate Donor Services team member or leader. Assists with purchasing, travel, and expenses as necessary. Assists Production Planning and Scheduling as needed with data entry, equipment requests, documents/forms, information tracking, or other department support. Collections Payroll - Ensure Collections team members are properly compensated for work performed and accurately reimbursed for mileage incurred. Maintain timecards in the timecard tracking software for Collections teams. Review exceptions, holidays, over time, and other special circumstances that impact compensation with the collections team member and appropriate manager. Audit and prepare mileage reports for reimbursement of team members' mileage. The hourly rate for this position is $19.72/hr. - $22.19/hr.
