• 34-bed, Level III NICU diverse acuity and case variety
• Collaborative 2 Neonatologist / 4 NNP model
• NNPs in-house 24 hours a day
• Home call for Neonatologists after rounds
• 1,500 2,000 deliveries annually
• Newborn nursery rounds
• NNP-led transport team (physician covers in-house during transports)

You ll be part of a collegial, evidence-based team focused on quality-driven protocols and continuous improvement in neonatal care.

Located within Rapides Women s and Children s Hospital:

• Central Louisiana s largest and most advanced NICU
• The region s only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• A 19-bed pediatric unit , 29-bed well-baby nursery , and 26-bed OB/post-partum unit
