Key Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification in the state
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience working with K-8th grade populations preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable providing onsite-only services (no virtual placements)
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret a variety of assessment tools
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and parents to support individualized student plans
• Provide direct counseling and therapeutic support to students
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise in eligibility determination and program planning
• Deliver crisis intervention and behavioral support when needed
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting mental health and social-emotional learning
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
