Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery/Perinatal in a high-volume delivery service License: Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS Provider certification, Neonatal Resuscitation certification, Advanced Life Support, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification Must-Have: 2 years minimum of Labor and Delivery/Perinatal experience in a high-volume delivery service Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN for our Labor and Delivery unit. This position requires a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing, with a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate must hold a current Registered Nurse license and possess essential certifications including BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation, Advanced Life Support, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring. The facility is a Level IV Client Designation center equipped with multiple labor and delivery suites and triage rooms. It operates as an academic teaching service, handling a high volume of deliveries each month while providing necessary in-house coverage. Candidates with 3-5 years of perinatal clinical experience and additional certifications such as the S.T.A.B.L.E Program certification and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification are preferred.
