RN ICU Float Pool Nurse

Role Overview: An onsite Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach. The nurse prioritizes patient wellness, safety, and quality outcomes, while mentoring new staff and embracing continuous learning in a fast-paced setting.
