Join our talented team as our new Transportation Coordinator today! A few details about the role: Drive residents safely to scheduled destinations. Tracks assigned pick‑ups and drop offs to ensure timely service. Assist residents in and out of the vehicles as warranted. Provide for high level of resident engagement. Create, plan, and coordinate all routes for maximum efficiency and service. Maintain cleanliness and safe operating condition of the bus and automobiles. Schedule maintenance service on vehicles as necessary. Develop driver schedules to meet the demand needs of the residents. Responsible for making substitutions and adjusting schedules as necessary. Determine vehicle choice and driver assignments for trips. Provide hands‑on/on‑the‑job training to new drivers. Provides skill set retraining as assigned by supervisor. And here's what you need to apply: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred. Two to three years of applicable experience. Valid class B commercial driver's license.
