Electrical Designer - Industrial Power & Controls (ESOP)

LJA Engineering, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Designer to develop power and controls packages for industrial facilities in a fast‑paced environment. You will work with drafters, designers, and engineers to produce compliant electrical designs using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical and MicroStation. Expect collaboration with project managers, adherence to NFPA 70 and API RP 500, and ongoing learning in a strong employee‑owned culture.
