Next Gen Payroll Policies Developer

This team is made up of developers and technical minded folks who are working on building out Next Gen Payroll policies out for all of ADP’s clients. This project has been going on for about 6 years now. They have a total of 3,000 clients already added in the US and 6 other countries. They are currently adding 3 other countries. ADP has a million clients, which is where this team needs to get to!! There is a lot of work to get done. This Payroll Policies they are building enables payroll experts/practitioners/SMEs to configure these policies for their country/client to be able to run it. 100% Remote with no restrictions. Showing up and doing well is going to be very important for these two roles!! Based on our performance they want to add more. The team is currently 18- they are looking to make it a hybrid team with us which could lead us to 9 OPENINGS on multi year projects. Day to day: These resources will work to develop these payroll policies. They will own one of the two areas they support (Business OR Statutory). Will work to understand the business requirements. Develop the policies themselves using Online Editor (ADP will train on this). Test the policies themselves using Excel (ADP will train on this).

Must haves:

• At least 5+ years of dedicated policy experience (US Based). This experience can come from a number of different roles, they just have to be well versed in the nuances of payroll.
• Coming from multiple industries (Their clients come from different industries)
• Strong Excel user – Will utilize macros while testing some of these policies.
• This project has been going on for 5-6 years so they are still not fully automated, this person should understand technology at a high level and not be afraid to access data manually.
• Experience/expertise with one or more payroll system:
• Oracle
• SAP
• PeopleSoft
• GlobalView

Nice to have:

• Front end /Back-end development – will be working closely with these types of professionals.
