Physical Therapist — Outpatient, Days

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient position in Punta Gorda, FL. The clinician will evaluate, treat, and provide rehabilitation plans to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Apply and a recruiter will contact you with further information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida state license to practice physical therapy required prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to document evaluations and plans of care in electronic medical records.
