Where you’ll make an impact

• Conduct visual inspections of electronic assemblies, components, and incoming materials
• Separate conforming from nonconforming items using established standards
• Document defects and escalate findings to Quality Assurance
• Assist with containment and rework activities as needed
• Keep clear, accurate records of inspections and sorting
• Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area

Compensation

• Base pay: $16.00/hr
• 2nd shift premium: $1.00/hr — total $17.00/hr
• 3rd shift premium: $1.50/hr — total $17.50/hr

What success looks like

• Unwavering attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and follow-through
• Comfort following written and verbal instructions
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds

Helpful background

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Standout experience

• Previous quality inspection or sorting work
• Time in electronics, circuit board assembly, or similar settings
• Basic computer skills for recording results
