This position will require someone who has that entrepreneurial drive and is willing to continue to grow a segment within our overall business.As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects as well as being the key person in developing and growing our small works/Pike Facility Services (PFS) division in the Syracuse area.The ideal candidate will:have led multiple building construction projects successfully from start to finish.be able to make connections and develop relationships with clients.have prior experience pricing and bidding work for multiple projects.be able to assemble and manage a team of superintendents and field personnel.accountable for leading and overseeing the day-to-day management of several projects.If you are a self-starter who can effectively work independently in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you! It's a great opportunity to transition from running independent projects to contributing to the success of a well-established company, while continuing to utilize project management and leadership skills on a broader scale.Education/Experience:Candidates must have Bachelors' Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and/or minimum of 5 years' as a successful Project Manager II; or a minimum of 15 years' equivalent experience in the construction industry, required.Lead Project Manager (PM) on multiple successful projects from start to finish, required.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as construction software usage, contract documents and job documentation, required.Understanding of Cost/Estimating, required.Critical path method (CPM) project scheduling, preferred.Pike Construction Services is proud of a company culture that promotes 24/7 safety and quality. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
