This is a full-time employee position.

What Youll Do (Technician Role)

As a Handyman, youll manage projects from start to finish, including:

• Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Scheduling quotes and booked jobs using our systems
• Creating accurate estimates based on time and materials (95% accuracy expected)
• Picking up materials and executing high-quality repairs and improvements
• Completing jobs on time, within scope, and with excellent attention to detail
• Communicating clearly with customers so no one is ever left wondering
• Delivering a 5-star experience that drives repeat business and referrals

• A clear communicator in person, over the phone, and by text/email

Requirements

• 3+ years of handyman, construction, or home repair experience preferred
• Quoting and estimating experience
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical work safely
• Strong professionalism in customers homes
