Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic

LVN – Outpatient Clinic

Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Assignment Details: Floating required; no weekend or on-call requirements.

Requirements:

• 1 year of outpatient clinic experience
• Active California LVN license
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• IV and Blood withdrawal certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assist with the administration of medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient health and progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
