Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant – Spanish/English
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and outgoing Bilingual Leasing Consultant who enjoys working with people and being part of a team. This position offers a great mix of office responsibilities, resident interaction, and apartment tours—so you’re not sitting behind a desk all day!
What You’ll Do as the Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant
- Greet prospective and current residents and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Answer phones, emails, and leasing inquiries
- Show apartments and conduct community tours
- Assist with applications, leasing paperwork, and general administrative duties
- Follow up with prospective residents
- Help residents with questions and requests
- Support the property management team with day-to-day office needs
What We’re Looking for in a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers, email, phones, and general office duties
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with the public
- Apartment leasing or residential property management experience preferred
- Hotel front desk, hospitality, administrative, or other customer-facing experience is also helpful
