Project Controls Specialist

In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:

  • Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project
  • Coordinate with necessary team members
  • Develop and monitor project metrics
  • Participate in project coordination meetings
  • Conduct project site visits if applicable
  • Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
  • Develop cost estimates
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects (or equivalent), preferably including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports.
  • Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST.
  • Ability to interpret construction schedules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of: oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasks, organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
