$30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Company truck provided | Direct hire
Position Summary
We are hiring a Concrete Foreman for NCDOT and heavy civil projects across North Carolina. This role involves vertical structural concrete work including retaining walls, box culverts, and cast-in-place concrete.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concrete crews on civil construction projects
- Build, set, and strip concrete forms
- Assist with layout, pours, and finishing work
- Coordinate with supervisors and inspectors
- Maintain safe and productive jobsite operations
Requirements
- Experience as a concrete foreman or lead
- Basic knowledge of forming or concrete work
- Ability to read plans preferred
- Willingness to travel across NC
