Job DescriptionPosition SummaryKitchen staff members prepare made-from-scratch meals, sides, and snacks in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires attention to quality, consistency, and food safety while helping deliver a warm, country-style dining experience.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion guidelinesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areasEnsure food is stored, handled, and cooked safelyHelp with food prep, plating, and packaging for dine-in and to-go ordersWork as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality serviceMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressureWillingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.Pay RangeThe pay range for this position begins at $14.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.We conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test.
