We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine and Med/Peds Physician to join our innovative, interdisciplinary medical practice in Northampton, MA. Requirements:

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Active or Eligible DEA
