About the Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to join an established, innovative interdisciplinary medical practice serving patients across our Amherst and Northampton, Massachusetts locations.

This is an opportunity to practice comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient medicine with strong clinical and administrative support. Physicians interested in leadership may also have the opportunity to serve as Medical Director .

The Practice

Our collaborative team includes primary care physicians, psychiatrists, behavioral health clinicians, nutritionists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and health coaches. We emphasize team-based, evidence-based, patient-centered care and integrated physical, behavioral, and preventive health.

The Opportunity

• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Practice across Amherst and Northampton
• $220,000–$250,000 base salary
• 30–40% productivity-based bonus
• Potential Medical Director opportunity
