About the role Pilates Instructor – Racine, WI HealthFitness is hiring a motivated and passionate Pilates Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Racine, WI . This is a great opportunity to teach in a professional, wellness‑focused environment and make a real impact on members’ health and movement. Teach up to 10 classes per week If you’re passionate about Pilates and enjoy helping others feel stronger and more balanced, we’d love to hear from you! Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Pilates instruction to members and guests. Minimum Requirements Pilates Instructor certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
