What You’ll Do Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Act as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring smooth daily store operations. Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers and supporting KPI achievement. Assist in training and onboarding team members, fostering a positive and high-energy store culture. Help execute visual merchandising standards and maintain an on-brand, visually compelling store environment. Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts. Assist in organizing in-store events, styling sessions, and community activations. Contribute to social media content creation and help maintain an engaging in-store presence. Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met on the floor. Job Requirements 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (assistant manager, key holder, or similar), preferably in fast fashion or lifestyle brands. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. Solid understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory processes, and store standards. A hands‑on, proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Interest in fashion trends, styling, and customer engagement. Familiarity with social media platforms and comfort contributing to digital content. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
