Now Hiring – Experienced Call Center Manager
Cousins Roofing, Siding & Decks is seeking an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager to lead our call center operations in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader with strong communication and management skills to join a growing company.
About the RoleAs the Confirmation Call Center Manager, you will oversee daily call center operations, manage a team of representatives, and ensure appointments are scheduled and confirmed efficiently. This role plays a key part in supporting sales operations and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Hire, train, and manage Call Center Representatives
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
- Manage sales representatives’ schedules
- Track performance and ensure team meets weekly and monthly goals
- Prior call center management experience required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution ability
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
