Tech - Dietitian

$2040.00/week - Job Summary: Provide expert nutritional assessment and counseling to adult and geriatric patients in a short-term acute care setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized dietary plans ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' nutritional needs through clinical assessment and chart review. Develop and adjust nutritional care plans aligned with medical directives. Educate patients and families on dietary modifications and nutrition management. Document interventions and progress accurately in the electronic health record system. Participate in care team meetings to coordinate patient treatment strategies. Comply with hospital policies, licensure requirements, and safety standards. Qualifications: Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required. Minimum of 1 year of Dietitian experience in a healthcare setting. Short-term acute care experience preferred. Valid Maryland or Compact licensure required at the time of application. Ability to work day shifts with flexible weekend coverage. Strong communication and documentation skills essential.
