Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience providing psychological assessments and interventions in K-12 settings
• Strong understanding of MTSS, RTI, and IEP processes
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable collaborating with staff, students, and families in virtual or hybrid settings
• Previous work with virtual, online, or distance learning preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments to determine educational and emotional needs
• Support the development, implementation, and review of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families within the virtual academy framework
• Deliver targeted interventions and counseling as needed to promote student success
• Participate in team meetings, offering expertise on learning and behavioral strategies
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation while using virtual communication and reporting tools
