Position / Specialty: Hemodialysis Shift: Nights Ratio- 1RN : 2 Patients Avg. Daily Census: 14 Years of experience REQ: 1 Year First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Every 3rd Is on-call REQ? Call rotation; typically, 1 call shift per week varies weeknights and weekends. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No Locals accepted: No - 75 mile radius Pending State License accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 36 Special Requirements: Patient ages are 18-100. Hemodialysis treatments completed on hospital inpatients that are suffering from chronic or acute renal failure, fluid overload, hypokalemia, etc. Unit has 6 bays. Dialysis nurses may also complete dialysis treatments at patient's bedside (away from dialysis unit) if medically necessary. Strong critical thinking skills needed for position. Utilize Braun Dialysis Machines and Fresenius Critline Monitoring.
