Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

The Registered Nurse – Rehab provides direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting, supporting individuals in their recovery and functional improvement. This role involves assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing rehabilitation settings. Assess patient conditions, including mobility, neurological status, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on recovery and rehabilitation goals. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment. Support patients in mobility and functional recovery activities. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and care strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.Manage multiple patient needs while maintaining quality and safety standards. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in a rehabilitation setting such as inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, or skilled nursing facility. Strong patient assessment and care planning skills. Ability to support mobility and functional recovery. Strong communication and patient education skills.
