Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Create and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that complies with Oregon state mental health regulations, ensuring the security and confidentiality of client records.

• Participate in clinical supervision sessions to discuss case dynamics and receive constructive feedback on therapeutic methodologies.

• Engage in routine staff meetings to share insights, discuss best practices, and contribute to team initiatives that enhance service delivery.

• Manage a flexible caseload effectively, accommodating both part-time and full-time schedules, and adapting to the changing needs of clients.

• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based therapeutic practices and integrate these into your clinical work.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
