About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive the design, optimization, and scalability of our business systems and operational processes. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into scalable solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, and our broader technology ecosystem.

This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and works within a defined delivery model: partnering with our Salesforce Administrator on declarative platform changes, and with our engineering and QA team on custom development and integration work between Salesforce and HubSpot, and the rest of our GTM ecosystem.

This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate will combine business analysis, process design, solution design, data modeling, and systems thinking to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and user experience across the organization.

You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, shape practical solutions, and lead system-related initiatives from discovery through release readiness.

\n What You'll Do

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and system needs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and process reviews.
• Gather, document, and validate clear business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend scalable improvements.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Solution Design & Business Systems Ownership

• Design scalable business system solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, customer support, billing, and other operational technologies.
• Develop future-state process flows, solution designs, system design documentation, object models, data structures, automation approaches, and integration requirements.
• Assess how proposed changes impact processes, integrations, data structures, reporting, and user experience.
• Recommend design approaches that prioritize simplicity, scalability, maintainability, and data integrity.
• Identify technical debt and propose long-term design improvements.
• Partner with the Salesforce Administrator to scope and implement declarative configuration changes.
• Partner with engineering and QA to scope, prioritize, and validate custom development and Salesforce-HubSpot integration work.
• Think beyond the current state to design scalable solutions and leverage AI where it can improve GTM velocity, insight, or efficiency.

Project & Initiative Leadership

• Coordinate business systems initiatives through planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, release validation, and change management.
• Support project planning, prioritization, risk identification, and dependency management.
• Partner with project managers and delivery leaders to ensure successful execution.
• Keep stakeholders aligned throughout solution development and implementation.
• Support user acceptance testing, release validation, and change management activities.

Data & Analytics

• Ensure solutions support high-quality reporting and analytics.
• Partner with data teams to define business metrics and reporting requirements.
• Own the data quality and integrity requirements for any system change, partnering with the Salesforce Administrator and engineering team on implementation.
• Promote consistent definitions and data standards across systems.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and maintain documentation standards for processes, requirements, and system designs.
• Participate in solution reviews and governance activities.
• Advocate for best practices in business analysis, systems design, documentation, and platform administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational maturity, efficiency, and automation.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions across Salesforce and HubSpot, including building and maintaining integrations between the two.
• Strong business process analysis and process design expertise.
• Experience working within a shared delivery model, partnering with a dedicated platform administrator and/or engineering team rather than owning end-to-end build.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data management, and process automation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business users, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive outcomes.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Business Operations functions.
• Experience with CPQ, subscription management, billing systems, or SaaS operational workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work management platforms.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI in a GTM environment to drive sales velocity, improve GTM insights, or increase operational efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 based on experience and location.
