Senior IT Manager

As a Senior IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology operations of our company in Los Angeles You will manage a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology systems and processes are efficient secure and aligned with business goals Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for the companys information technology needs Oversee all aspects of IT operations including hardware and software maintenance network security and data management Lead a team of IT professionals providing guidance training and performance evaluations Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for improvements or upgrades Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field Masters degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team Excellent knowledge of information technology principles systems and best practices Experience with network security protocols and procedures Familiarity with data management concepts such as data backup recovery storage etc Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA Salary $1000 per month negotiable based on experience Location Los Angeles Indian applicants preferred Note This position is urgent Accommodation can be provided for out-of-state candidates if needed Applicants must have a valid biometric passport This is an English-speaking role #J-18808-Ljbffr Oasis Wellness Oman
