Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team as a Contractor. Requirements * Ability to commute to patients home * Ability to take cases in the general area of Weston, Hollywood, Miami Gardens, Pembroke Pines, and Miramar. * AHCA Level 2 Background check. * Valid State licensure as a Physical Therapist. * Proficiency in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. * Availabilityto work weekends and short noticeas needed Responsibilities * Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on their specific needs. * Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote healing. * Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes. * Timely documenting visits.
