Position Overview

The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care to patients while partnering with the veterinary team and pet owners to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

● Perform comprehensive wellness examinations and medical evaluations

● Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions

● Develop individualized treatment and preventative-care plans

● Perform routine surgical and dental procedures as appropriate

● Communicate diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and follow-up care to pet owners

● Maintain accurate and thorough medical records

● Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff

● Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

● Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited veterinary program

● Active Texas veterinary license or eligibility for Texas licensure

● Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills

● Ability to work effectively as part of a team

● Commitment to excellent patient and client care
