Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Livonia, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a busy logistics and distribution location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.43 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of loading areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned portions of the location. Monitor access points and observe activity involving personnel, visitors, deliveries, and vehicles; report unusual conditions to appropriate site contacts. Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly. Minimum Requirements: Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. X-Ray Screening Experience is preferred. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
