Job Type Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and the exterior perimeter, with attention to unusual conditions and/or unauthorized access. Monitor access points and visitor activity to help to deter disruptions, support authorized entry procedures, and/or maintain awareness of activity within the location. Assist with routine closing and opening activities, alarm-related responses, and/or other assigned security-related duties based on site needs and post instructions. Minimum Requirements Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
