The successful candidate will assess patients’ need for physical therapy, develop treatment plans, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical therapy needs and establish treatment goals. Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan.
