Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel contract in Missouri.

Details

• Home health setting with one other therapist on staff
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; no weekends or call required
• Caseload of 8–11 patients per day depending on travel time
• Productivity expectation of 4–5 visits per day depending on area and travel
• Weekly schedule is Monday–Friday, with potential flexibility to Tuesday–Friday if needed
• No floating required
• Uses Meditech for documentation

Requirements

• Missouri PT state license required; PT compact privileges may be accepted
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Home health PT experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Two professional references required for consideration
• PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard mileage rate in effect at the time of travel
• Royal blue scrubs required
