What You’ll Do

Lead daily shift operations and keep the team focused and energized
Ensure fast, friendly service and top-quality products every time
Train and coach team members to perform at their best
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
Support inventory, food safety, and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience (QSR a plus)
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Someone who leads by example and stays calm under pressure
Organized, reliable, and ready to take ownership
ServSafe® certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
