Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA)
• Certifications ARRT (CI)
• Certifications ARRT (R)
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• Skills Assessment CIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have never worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year..
• Additional Confirmations Cath Lab and Scrub experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with cardiac implant closure device, cardiac stent placement, diagnostic cardiac cath lab, and diagnostic catheterizations adult is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with electrophysiology (EP) lab, IABP placement/removal, and Impella insertion is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with interventional cardiac cath lab, left heart catheterization, and right heart catheterization is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with pacemaker insertion, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), and permanent pacemaker insertion (PPI) is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with temporary pacemaker, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose), and vertebroplasty is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with accurate monitoring, fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, interpretation of dysrhythmias, EKG lead placement, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with equipment setup, isolation precautions/PPE, PACS, prep access site, room circulator, scrub procedures, sterile field maintenance, sterile technique, and stocking supplies is required.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 3 days of time off can be requested.
