Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Based in Virginia Beach, you'll work as a lease-purchase flatbed operator moving secured freight on regional lanes, performing load securement and tarping, and ensuring timely deliveries while keeping accurate DOT logs and vehicle records.

Compensation & equipment:

• Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000.
• Lease-to-own program lets drivers pursue ownership within one year; fleet features 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors.
