What Youll Do
- Build relationships with guests and create an exceptional experience
- Drive memberships upgrades and product and service sales
- Earn base hourly pay uncapped commissions by hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Recommend products and services based on each guests needs
- Deliver high-energy engaging guest service
- Work as a team to crush daily and monthly goals
- Keep your store clean organized and guest-ready
- Learn grow and develop your sales skills
