Industrial Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all plant maintenance, facilities, utilities, and asset reliability activities across our high-growth manufacturing operation. This role directly drives equipment reliability, plant efficiency, and continuous uptime improvement while ensuring strict compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

You will partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to optimize manufacturing performance, minimize downtime, and manage the maintenance budget.
